By accessing or using this website or placing a custom order with Ruby Jewellers Lahore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Ruby Jewellers operates two in-store jewellery outlets in Lahore, Pakistan. All sales and custom order completions occur in-store only. This website provides:

• Public catalogue browsing (no online purchase).
• Custom order request submission (requires in-store confirmation before production begins).
• Private customer portal (invitation-only, for tracking existing orders).
• Appointment booking.

Submitting a custom order request via this website does not constitute a binding contract. All custom orders require:

• In-store or phone consultation to confirm design specifications.
• Written (or WhatsApp) confirmation from Ruby Jewellers staff.
• Advance payment or deposit as agreed with staff before production begins.

Prices quoted verbally or via WhatsApp are estimates based on current gold rates and are subject to change until a final written order confirmation is issued.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Gold prices fluctuate daily based on international market rates. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of in-store deposit payment. GST at 17% is applied to making charges only, in accordance with Pakistani tax regulations.

All original jewellery designs created by Ruby Jewellers (including sketches, CAD models, and physical samples) remain the intellectual property of Ruby Jewellers unless a specific written assignment of rights is agreed in writing.

Design reference images you share with us for your custom order are used solely to produce your piece and remain your property. By sharing them, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Access to the customer portal is by invitation only. Your portal account must not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately.

The in-store kiosk and AR Try-On feature are provided for entertainment and visualisation purposes only. AR jewellery overlays are approximations and do not represent exact size, colour, or finish of actual pieces. Camera access requested by the kiosk is used in real-time only — no video or images are recorded.

Ruby Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a custom order is limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
